Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointments. Also please give 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to make your appointment. This appointment time has been reserved specifically for you, so you will be responsible for a full payment of services requested.

Appointment duration

Initial visit: 60 minutes

Follow-up visit: 30-45 minutes

Insurance coverage

Aparna is contracted with SCCIPA and is currently accepting new patients at this time.

Patients with all other insurance providers: Nutrition counseling and education are typically not covered. You will be responsible for a full payment of fees at the time of service. If you choose to apply for a reimbursement from your insurance provider, you will be provided with a superbill outlining services provided that you may submit to your insurance.
